A note from the grower
One person, one room, one program.
I grew forty thousand seedlings a spring before I sat across a table from someone whose life had just come apart.
Fourteen years as a horticulturist at a botanical garden, then a coaching certificate in 2021. Second Season is the only thing I run, eight people at a time. What is true of seedlings is true of people: less fixing, better conditions.
- Before this
- Fourteen years in a propagation house
- Coaching since
- 2021, ICF certified
- Rounds run
- Six, forty-one people
